Harper Growth Systems is not a traditional marketing agency. We install practical growth systems that help service businesses capture leads, follow up faster, track opportunities, and convert more customers.
3. 24/7 Availability
Our website, forms, automations, and lead capture systems may operate 24/7. This means leads can be captured, routed, and followed up with automatically at any time.
Human support, strategy calls, onboarding, and account communication may be handled during normal business hours unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
4. Who May Use Our Website and Systems
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, submit business information, or purchase from Harper Growth Systems.
By using our website or systems, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
5. Business Results Disclaimer
Harper Growth Systems installs revenue systems built to improve lead capture, follow-up, tracking, and booking processes.
We do not guarantee specific revenue, profit, lead volume, booked jobs, ad performance, search rankings, or business outcomes. Results depend on many factors, including your market, offer, pricing, reputation, sales process, response quality, budget, competition, and customer demand.
Any examples, projections, case studies, or estimates are for informational purposes only and are not guarantees.
6. Client Responsibilities
If you become a client, you agree to provide accurate information, timely access, and required materials needed to install your system.
This may include access to your website, domain, CRM, phone system, advertising account, Google Business Profile, calendar, email platform, payment processor, tracking tools, or other third-party accounts.
You are responsible for making sure the information you provide is accurate, lawful, and authorized for use.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Harper Growth Systems may install or connect systems using third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, CallRail, Stripe, Zapier, CRM tools, website builders, phone providers, email systems, SMS platforms, analytics tools, and other software.
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, pricing changes, deliverability issues, data loss, or performance issues caused by third-party platforms.
You are responsible for any third-party software fees, advertising spend, phone number costs, domain costs, hosting fees, or platform subscriptions unless your written agreement states otherwise.
8. Payments, Setup Fees, and Monthly Fees
Pricing may include a setup fee, monthly system management fee, software fee, performance-based fee, or other agreed charges.
All payment terms will be shown on your proposal, invoice, checkout page, or written agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, setup fees are due before system installation begins. Monthly fees are billed on a recurring basis and are required to keep your system active, monitored, and maintained.
9. Advertising Spend
If your system includes paid lead generation, advertising spend is separate from Harper Growth Systems fees unless clearly stated otherwise.
Ad spend is paid directly to the advertising platform or through an approved billing arrangement. Harper Growth Systems does not guarantee advertising platform approval, lead volume, lead cost, or campaign performance.
10. Cancellations
You may cancel ongoing monthly system management by providing written notice to Harper Growth Systems at least 30 days before your next billing date, unless your agreement states a different cancellation period.
Cancellation does not remove your responsibility to pay any outstanding balances, completed setup work, software charges, ad spend, or fees already incurred.
11. Refunds
Because our work involves setup, strategy, system installation, automation building, technical configuration, and account preparation, setup fees are generally non-refundable once work has started.
Monthly fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins.
Any refund exceptions must be approved in writing by Harper Growth Systems.
12. SMS, Email, and Call Consent
By submitting your phone number, email address, or business information through our website, forms, booking pages, or connected systems, you agree that Harper Growth Systems may contact you by phone, text message, email, voicemail, or automated follow-up regarding your inquiry, account, consultation, or business relationship.
Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. You may opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link or contacting us directly.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to purchase from Harper Growth Systems.
13. Client Use of Messaging Systems
If Harper Growth Systems installs SMS, email, AI follow-up, or automated messaging systems for your business, you are responsible for using those systems legally and ethically.
You agree not to upload, contact, or message people who have not given proper consent. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, platform rules, opt-out requirements, and privacy obligations.
14. Website Content and Accuracy
We do our best to keep website information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, error-free, or always up to date.
We may update, remove, or change website content at any time without notice.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, branding, system names, page layouts, copy, designs, frameworks, automations, workflows, and related materials, belongs to Harper Growth Systems or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

16. Client Materials
You retain ownership of business information, logos, photos, customer lists, service descriptions, pricing, and other materials you provide to us.

Both parties may receive confidential business information during the working relationship.
Harper Growth Systems agrees to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and will not intentionally disclose it except as needed to perform work, connect third-party tools, comply with law, or support the system.
18. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use this website or any Harper Growth Systems-installed system to:
Violate any law or regulation
Send spam or unauthorized messages
Mislead customers
Collect data without proper consent
Upload harmful code or malware
Interfere with system security
Copy or resell our systems without permission
Use automations for deceptive, abusive, or illegal activity
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
